At the eastern end of the Surrey Hills nestled between Redhill and Merstham, and adjacent to the Nutfield Marshes Nature Reserve, WaterColour Village is a development of more than five hundred dwellings built between 2005 and 2012. The village has a unique character, with lush green landscaping and water features throughout. On the southern edge of the village are the Holmethorpe Lagoons, where a myriad of bird and insect life inhabit. The area is also replete with walking and cycling trails and plenty of great pubs for those leisurely weekend lunchtimes.
WaterColour is a 10 minute drive from Junction 8 of the M25 (Reigate) or 15 minutes from Junction 6 (Godstone). It is also a stone's throw from the A23 and A25 and about 12 minutes drive from the A22.
